Meet Founder
Rebecca Palmatier

Originally from California, I now call North Carolina home.

I’ve lived a life full of growth, learning, and expansion. I regret nothing and am deeply thankful for all that life has brought my way—even cancer, divorce, a chaotic upbringing, and career challenges. I see life’s bumps as opportunities to learn, and I continue to grow from each one.

I hold a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus in Organizational Behavior, along with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in process improvement, and I’ve held leadership roles at a major corporation, working alongside attorneys and engineers to solve complex challenges.

After years of trying to live up to others’ expectations, I realized I had lost sight of my own. Through a journey of self-discovery and growth, I stopped living for survival and started building the life I had always longed for. To help others do the same, I became a certified Success and Life Coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School.

In addition to coaching, I still have a strong passion for process improvement. I’ve always had a natural ability to think outside the box, and I love helping to improve systems and processes that boost efficiency, profitability, and—most importantly—free up time for what matters most.

Since the fifth grade, I’ve carried my camera everywhere. Photography is how I freeze the moments that matter most, whether for families, individuals, or brands.

​

Clarity unites all three of my passions—process improvement, coaching, and photography—allowing me to support others wherever they need it most.​

Creating Clarity has allowed me to live my true desire—spending meaningful time with my family while helping others create the space and freedom to do the same.
