Are you on autopilot? Every day seems like it’s on repeat. You’ve checked all the boxes you were supposed to in life, but you still feel like something is missing.  Maybe you feel content but not fulfilled? Maybe you don’t even know what fulfillment looks like? You know that you want to make some changes in your life -increase your self-esteem or find your authentic self, but not sure how to get started.

I am looking for 8 self-motivated adults 28 or older for a 3.5 month beta group program. This is a guided process of unadapting from who you were told to be into your authentic self...where you are comfortable to just be -away from people pleasing, overachieving, or perfectionism.  If you are interested, please complete the questions below, and if you qualify, you will receive an email in the next two weeks to set up a complimentary call to talk through the details and see if you’re ready to stop just 'filling time' and start the process of self-actualizing.
